What to Bring to Your
Home Loan Application Appointment:
(Depending on your loan some of these may not be applicable)
£   W2’s for the last two years  
£   If you are self employed, your tax returns for the last two years (All schedules.) 
£   Your most recent two months bank statements containing ALL pages for checking and savings accounts, no matter if blank. If you don’t have originals, obtain from your bank and have them teller stamped. 
£   Name and address of all employers for the last two years
£   Your most recent 30 days pay-stubs 
£   Residence addresses and landlord contact info for the last two years.
£   Copy of your Drivers License or Photo ID
£   Copy of Social Security Card
£   Your most recent statement containing ALL pages for 401K, Stock and/or Retirement accounts. 
£   If you have had a bankruptcy in the last 7 seven years, we will need a copy of your bankruptcy papers & discharge.
£   Signed and dated letter of explanation for your bankruptcy
£   If child support income is being used, proof of receipt 
£   Proof of child support payments 
£   Divorce Decree 
£   Homeowners Insurance Company Name and Phone Number
